Obituary for Dennis Edward Horne CASTLEWOOD, VIRGINIA – Dennis Edward Horne, 60, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 16, 2018 at Abingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center, Abingdon, Virginia. He was born in Abingdon, Virginia; son of the late Edward “Eddie” Horne. He was preceded in death by one brother, Kevin Horne; maternal grandparents, Rufus and Margaret Dingus; and paternal grandparents, Thomas and Evelyn Horne.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Horne; one son, Thomas “T.J.” Horne and one daughter, Sara Horne of home, Castlewood, Virginia; mother, Edith Horne of Bristol, Virignia; one brother, Jeff Horne and wife, Cindi of Oak Island, North Carolina; several aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service for Dennis Horne will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 23, 2018 in Morning Star Church, Castlewood,Virginia.
