Obituary for Dewey A.W. Long Long, Dewey A.W . Age 90, January 9, 2019 Beloved father of Gary (Barbara), Wayne (Carolyn), Darryl (Michelle), Terry (Tomi) and Jerry. Proud grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Dewey and the long family can be traced back 6 generations to Johannes Long who was born in the Rhine region in Germany and immigrated with his wife Anna to America, settling in Lancaster, PA, having died there in 1767. Later Dewey was born February 16, 1928 in Lafayette, GA to Justin and Eunice Long. Visitation Sunday 2 -8 p.m. at the Wm.
