Donald C. “Donnie” Miller, Jr, 43, of Petersburg, WV formerly of Wardensville, WV died on Monday July 23, 2018 at his home. Donnie was born on December 24, 1974 in Winchester, VA, the son of the late Donald C. “Popeye” Miller, Sr. and Dorothy L. Patton Miller. He was a licensed electrician for Merillat Cabinets in Mt.
