Pratt, Kansas ~ Donna Jane Humble, 87, a Pratt resident for 10 years passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Pratt Regional Medical Center. She was born February 17, 1931 in Sawyer to Leslie Luke and Ruby Jane (Keyes) Humble. Donna graduated from Sawyer High School in 1949 and then from Pratt Junior College in1951.

She worked as a television copywriter at KOB, an NBC affiliate, in Albuquerque, New Mexico for 30 years before she retired. She then lived in Belpre, Ohio for several years before coming to Pratt. She is survived by her nieces, Debbi (Willy) Wedemeyer and Sami Callaghan and nephew, Don Humble.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Irvin Lee, Ivan Neal and Vernon Gail Humble; nephews, Jim and Mike Humble; and niece, Jane Humble. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, February 8, 2019 at Ellenwood Cemetery, Sawyer with John Hamm presiding. Memorials may be made to Pratt Area Humane Society in care of Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt.
