Obituary for Dorothy (Semrow) Fuller Dorothy (Semrow) Fuller, 96, of New Britain, passed away Thursday (September 13, 2018) at Apple Rehab of Plainville. Dorothy was born July 29, 1922 in Newington, daughter of late Andrew and Bertha (Knopf) Semrow. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 65 years, William Fuller Sr. who died in 2007.

She was a resident of New Britain most of her life. Dorothy was a life long member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in New Britain, having been baptized, confirmed, and married there. Dorothy enjoyed traveling, seeing much of America and parts of Europe.

Dorothy is survived by three children, Dorine Pratt and husband Lee of Higganum; William Fuller Jr. and wife Lori of New Britain; and Andrew Fuller and his wife Sandy also of New Britain; four grandchildren, Brian Fuller and his wife Monika of Cheshire; Diana Fuller also of Cheshire; Travis Pratt of Deep River; and Lincoln Pratt and his wife Maggie of Middletown; five great grandchildren, Adrian, Sienna, Ashley, Raya and Carissa. She also leaves several nieces and nephews, Audrey and Doug Pessoni, Keith and Alice Busch, Robert Semrow Jr., and Diane and John Cabral. Besides her husband William Fuller Sr., she was predeceased by a brother, Robert Semrow and his wife Gertrude and two sisters, Adeline Ziegler and her husband Howard; and Eleanora Busch and her husband Herman.

Funeral services are Thursday (September 20, 2018) 10 AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 295 Arch Street, New Britain, CT 06051. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday 6 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Home, 45 Franklin Square, New Britain.
