Obituary for Frances Paradis (Dubay) Frances (Dubay) Paradis, 84, Southington, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 22, 2018. She was born in Ashland, Maine on November 25, 1934. Francis is survived by her husband Alva Paradis and was married for 67 years; a daughter Helen Roberts and a son, David Paradis; three sisters, Ada Boutot, Annie Williams and Katherine Buck all of Maine, ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Francis was predeceased by three sons, Gorden, Roger and Rickie, her brother Richard Dubay, and her three sisters Edwina Buck, Geraldine Eastman and Loretta Collins. Frances retired from Gems Sensors in 1995. She spent much of her time with family, camping, doing crafts.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Avenue, New Britain, CT. Directions to the funeral home I-84 east or west exit 37 (Fienemann Road) – right off exit, one mile down on right.
