She was the daughter of the late Willie and Carrie Carpenter Michie. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Benjamin Willis. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving and devoted family, one daughter Jackie Willis, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019 at Pilgrim Baptist Church with Rev. James Louderback officiating.

Services of comfort are entrusted to the staff of McClenny Funeral Service.
