Harpursville – Duane “Dewey” Babbitt, 78, passed away unexpectedly on June 9, 2018. He is survived by his wife Sylvia; daughters Kelly (George) Valenti, Donna Arpino, Jenn (Chris) D’Alessandro, Julie Alford-Rodriguez, Brenda (Scott) Pierson; brother David Babbitt; 9 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. He retired from Great American Food Stores, loved music, NASCAR, the Yankees, NY Giants but most of all his family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 4pm to 6pm at the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC. , 137 Robinson St., Binghamton, NY. A Memorial Service will follow at 6pm.
