Edna Arlene Henry, 85, of West Liberty, passed away at 6:35 p.m. on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the Green Hills Inn. She was born in Marion, Ohio on July 12, 1932, the daughter of the late Leon and Gladys Sidney (Huntsman) Burrey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Leon, Leonard and Dick Burrey, and two sisters, Dorothy Chapel and Bernice Strine.

On November 1, 1950 in Maysville, Kentucky, she married Willis Franklin Henry and he survives, along with their four daughters, Nancy Flora of West Liberty, Shirley Franks of Bellefontaine, Carol (Dave) Thornburg, Becky (Roger) Kendall both of West Liberty, a son, Michael (Joanie) Henry of Sidney, 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews. Edna was a member of the West Liberty United Methodist Church as well as the Indian Lake Moose Lodge and Indian Lake Eagles and the Red Hat Group. She loved to camp and travel.

She also enjoyed playing cards with her family, especially her grandchildren. The Henry family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff of Green Hills Inn as well as Universal Hospice for their outstanding care. Pastor Kay Young will officiate a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2018 in Foundation Hall at Green Hills, West Liberty.

Private burial will be in Huntsville Cemetery at a later date. Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in West Liberty.
