Edward J. Bischoff was born to Mary Elizabeth Bischoff in Brookville, Indiana on February 25th, 1932 and passed away in Aurora, Colorado on July 9th, 2018 at the age of 86. After attending Connersville High School he joined the United State Marine Corps and served from 1951 – 1954. He then crossed trained into the United States Air Force and served from 1957 – 1974, at which time he retired with an Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force on June 1st, 1974 in Aurora, Colorado.

He married Mable Marie Colgate of Connersville, Indiana on December 5th, 1958. They had three children. After retiring from the U.S.A.F.

in 1974 they made Aurora, Colorado their home. He worked then for King Soopers as a maintenance clerk from 1974 to 1994, at which time he retired from Kings Soopers. Edward is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Elizabeth, his former wife Mable Marie, Uncles Joseph and Albert Bischoff and Aunt Clara Wiwi.

He is survived by his current wife Naomi Fern, his children, Cynthia Green (Dennis) , Mary Cross (Mike) and Kristopher Bischoff (Ana), step-children Wilhelmina Manley (Miles), Glen Johnson (Jo) , John and April DuPrez, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family and Friends are invited to attend graveside services at 10 A.M., Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Dale Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Fayette County Veterans Council. Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home has been entrusted with local arrangements and friends may also visit online at millermosterrobbins.com.
