Obituary of Ethel Jann Ethel Marie Jann, age 97, of Plainville, Connecticut died Saturday, October 27, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury Connecticut. Mrs. Jann was born September 16, 1921 in Campbell, NY, and lived most of her life in this area. She spent the last ten years in Plainville.

She was one of ten children born to the late Lee and the late Addie (Cody) Morse. She married Harold F. Ryon and later Earl Jann, both of whom predeceased her. She is survived by two daughters: Rebecca (James) Cart of Elmira, NY and Linda (Manuel) Lopez of Plainville, CT, and one son: Robin Jann (Fiancee Darlene Newman) of Campbell, NY; Grandchildren: Timothy (Doreen) Bonomo, Karla Bonomo Verdi, Karen Bonomo, Kenneth Beers, Rosa (Timothy) Webber, and Rebecca Mercado; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Ethel was predeceased by her siblings: Flossie Preston, Leland (Rose) Morse, Norman (Mae) Morse, Anna (Francis) Crowl, Mearl (Irene) Morse, Mary (Ralph) Wise, Claude (Lorraine) Morse, Floyd (Connie) Morse, and Clarence (Joyce) Morse. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
