Myers, age 76, of Fostoria, MI passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at The Villages of Lapeer Nursing and Rehabilitation in Lapeer, MI. Floyd was born July 5, 1942 in Fostoria, MI to Clare and Wanda (Leach) Myers. He retired from Flint Metal Fabricating, Local 699.

Floyd loved working on cars, collecting coins, traveling to his cabin at Sage Lake and his dogs. Left to cherish his memory are three children, Floyd Jr. (Juniata) Myers of Midland, Kimberly Myers of Pinconning and Randal (Shelia) Myers of Fostoria; ten grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and one sister, Nancy Coyne of Fostoria. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, Clare and Wanda Myers; and one sister, Jane Smith.

According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A family gathering will take place later in the spring. Friends may share an online condolence with the family at www.
