Obituary for Floyd Oscar Fellows Floyd Oscar Fellows, 88, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri died Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Southeast Hospital. He was born October 19, 1929 in Lixville, Missouri to Oscar E. and Esther E. Lix Fellows. He and Loretta Agnes Marshall were married March 6, 1954 at Sedgewickville, Missouri.

She preceded him in death on August 24, 2012. He served in the Army in the Korean War. He worked at Marquette Cement Company for 12 years and was a clerk at the Cape Girardeau Post Office from 1969 until his retirement in 1990.

He was a member of VFW Post 3838. He enjoyed farming and building projects. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas F.(fiance, Janet Penrose) Fellows of Cape Girardeau and James L. (Martha) Fellows of Cape Girardeau; one daughter, Anna (Glenn) Litchfield of Tampa, Florida; one sister, Mildred Renner of Perryville, Missouri; four grandchildren, Kurt Fellows, Melissa Fellows, Travis Fellows and Mason Anne Reeder. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one sister, Gladys Buchheit. Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Ford & Sons Mt.

Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am Monday, June 11, 2018 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau with the Rev.

Ellen Gurnon and Pastor Jim Hampton officiating. Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau with full military honors. Memorial contributions may be given to First Presbyterian Church or Missouri Veterans Home.
