Saginaw, Michigan Beloved sister and aunt passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Hoyt Nursing Home and Rehab Centre. Age 98 years. The daughter of the late Sigmund and Anna (Makarewicz) Wisniewski, Fran was born on December 3, 1920 in Saginaw, Michigan.

She was employed for Eaton Manufacturing as a Machine Operator. Fran lived a life of faith, kindness and gratitude. She was a member of St. Dominic Parish – St. Stephen Catholic Church.

Surviving are one brother, Joseph “Jerry” (Joan) Wisniewski; one brother-in-law, Frank Danak; many nieces and nephews. Frances was preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters, Chester, Edmund, Lawrence, Eugene and Bobby Wisniewski, Eleanor Rousseau, Dorothy Danak, Wanda Wesolek, Helen Gawron and Jane Wisniewski. Frances’ family would like to thank each and every employee at Hoyt Nursing Home for providing a loving home for her these past 8 years.

Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019 at St. Dominic Parish – St. Stephen Catholic Church, 2711 Mackinaw. Fr. Steven Gavit will officiate with interment to follow in Mt.

Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the church where the family will be present on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Dominic Parish or Hoyt Nursing Home and Rehab Centre.
