Obituary for Frederick “Rick Mo” Moore Frederick “Rick Mo” Moore departed this life on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at the age of 57. He was born July 25, 1960, to the late Elmer and Juanita Moore, Jr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an older brother Clifford Moore. Rick Mo was a native of Martinsville.

He graduated from G. W. Carver High School Class of 1978. He relocated to San Clemente, California in 1984, and was employed as a truck driver and diesel mechanic. Rick leaves to cherish his memory one daughter Dayna Marie Jimenez of Seattle, Washington; two sisters Renita Reid of Martinsville, Virginia, and Flecia (Richard) Williamson of Alexandria, Virginia; two brothers Kenneth Moore of Martinsville, Virginia and Emmanuel Moore of Herndon, Virginia; and a special longtime friend Linda Carter.

Rick will forever be remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. The funeral will be Monday, May 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with visitation one-half hour before the service. Burial will follow at Fair Haven Memorial Park.
