Obituary for G. Mark Miller G. Mark Miller 1952-2019 Gaylord Mark Miller, 66, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 18, 2019 in his home, surrounded by his wife and children. Mark was born on August 13, 1952. He was born, raised, educated and resided in Ashland, Ohio.

Mark is survived by his wife of 36 years, Suzann; children, G. Brian (Meredith) of Galena, OH and Morgan of Dublin, OH; his parents, Gaylord and Beulah Miller of Ashland, OH; sisters, Becky (Dave) Myers and Jane (Mike) Ringler, both of Ashland, OH. Most importantly, his first grandchild is expected to arrive in June 2019. Mark was best known for working at the family business of Home Hardware, Inc. which opened in 1947.

He owned and operated the hardware, with his family, for nearly four decades before retiring in 2017. Mark was a staple in the Ashland community supporting numerous local organizations with a passion for supporting downtown Ashland, and Ashland High School and Ashland University athletics. Mark will always be remembered for being willing to help, whether it was his family, friends or community.

He loved nothing more than spending time with his wife, children and beloved four-legged son, Charlie. A private family funeral ceremony will be observed. Interment will be at the Ashland Cemetery.

Friends may call Thursday, January 24, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio at www. hospiceofnorthcentralohio.org or mailed to 1050 Dauch Dr., Ashland, OH 44805.
