Obituary for Gary L. Oliver Gary L. Oliver, 63 of Aurora, WI passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 6, 2018. He was born on March 20, 1955 in Iron Mountain, MI and had attended Kingsford High School. Gary was a man known for his love for the Lord and his amazing giving heart.

He loved his family and put them first in everything he did. He enjoyed his summers outdoors at the cottage, 4-wheeling, hunting and cruising on the pontoon with his wife, family and friends. You could also find him in the garage tinkering on one of his many projects and attending his kids or grandkids events, no matter the distance.

His heart was shown through his life. Gary was always there for anyone that needed him. He spent time in soup kitchens serving those in need.

He was giving of his time and res for many different causes, including suicide prevention and breast cancer awareness. He touched the lives and hearts of everyone he met. He was greatly loved, and he will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Laurie; two sons, Kristopher (Heather) and Matthew (Mackenzie); 5 grandchildren, Tanner, Emma, Lexius, Kodey and Archer. Other family members include his mother, Barbara; sister, Leila (Jim) Canavera, and two brothers, Bob and Doug (Joan); Father/Mother In-law; Matthew and Donna Neuens; and many nieces, nephews and other close friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Dale and his brother, David.

A Celebration of Life for Gary will be held at the Cornerstone Community Church in Iron Mountain, MI on Thursday, October 11, 2018. Visitation will be from 3:00 – 5:00 followed by a brief service with Pastor Andy Leaf officiating. Condolences may be expressed to the family of Gary Oliver online at www.
