Obituary for Ms. Geraldine A. Rice Geraldine A. Rice, 74, of Hampton, NY, passed away on Thursday morning at Rutland Regional Medical Center in Rutland, VT following a brief illness. Born in Pittsfield, November 14, 1943, the daughter of Joseph and Marie Rovairo Consolini, she attended the local schools and graduated from the former Williams High School High School in 1962. Geri was employed at various positions in the warehouse at Country Curtains for over 22 years.

She retired in July 2008. Most recently, she enjoyed wintering in Florida, and loved riding motorcycles. She is survived by her companion of 30 plus years, Earl Cahill with whom she resided, her three children, Laura Carey, James Rice, and Jennifer Heath, her two brothers, Peter and Joseph Consolini, 10 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Robert Consolini and a sister, Janet Cardillo. FUNERAL NOTICE The funeral will be on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. at the Dwyer Funeral Home, 776 North St., Pittsfield, MA 01201 with Rev. William Furey, officiating.

Burial will be at a later date. Calling hours will precede the service from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. Donations in her memory may be made to the Poultney, VT Rescue Squad in care of the funeral home.
