Obituary for Pasqualina Costantino Pasqualina Costantino, known as Lina by family and friends, 95, passed away in the afternoon of July 4th, 2018 at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Bova Marina, Italy, June 3 1923, the daughter of the late Antonio Costantino (a local fisherman) and Elisabetta Gentile, both of Bova Marina, Italy. She lived through World War II with her parents, four sisters and two brothers.

In her early years she attended school in this small fishing town in southern Italy. As a teenager she studied under a local seamstress. In her twenties she moved to Reggio Calabria, to help her sister Caterina raise her kids and then eventually start a family of her own.

In 1953 she met and later married the love of her life, Vittorio Stefanizzi, who grew up in the big city of Naples. Here she raised her own three children. She loved being with her family, but treated everyone she met like family.

She enjoyed cooking, sewing, redecorating, playing cards, basking in the morning sun, and the ocean among many things. She was known affectionately by all: family, neighbors, acquaintances and everyone she met. She leaves behind her children and spouses; Nunzia, Elisabetta (Edward), Vincenzo (Francesca); her grandchildren and spouses.

Sara, Stefano, Julianne (Jeff), Alessandra (Luigi), Vittorio, Pietro, Rebecca, Luca, Gabriele, and a great grandchild Vittorio Jr She is also survived by her sister Domenica (Parolina) Costantino. She is predeceased by her husband, Vittorio Stefanizzi, her sisters Marietta, Caterina, Pina Costantino and her brothers Giovanni and Paolo Costantino.
