Obituary for Mr. Richard “Dick” Stiles Richard R. “Dick” Stiles, 83, of Pittsfield, MA, passed away peacefully July 2, 2018. He was the son of the late Roy and Helen Stiles. Dick was a 1953 graduate of PHS.

Mr. Stiles served in the National Guard from 1953 to 1962. Dick was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He excelled as a local semi-pro baseball player in his early years and was an active sports enthusiast throughout his life.

He leaves his wife, Phyllis A. Stiles, two son’s Richard J. and Todd C., and five grandchildren. Funeral Notice: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Mr. Richard R. “Dick” Stiles, will be Monday, July 9, 2018 at 10 a.m. at St. Charles Church celebrated by Rev. A. Peter Gregory, Pastor Emeritus.

Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home, 776 North St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
