Obituary for Grace Kahley (Kuhns) Grace P. Kahley, 83, of Lewistown, passed away at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday June 20, 2018 at Brookline Manor Nursing Home. Born January 1, 1935 in Glenwood, she was the daughter of the late George and Celia M. (Casner) Kuhns. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William L. Kuhns, and sisters, Agnes Kuhns Boreman, Bernice Kuhns Macknair, and Georigianna Kuhns Winegardner.

Grace will be remembered and missed by her loving husband Alfred D. Kahley whom she married in 1965, her children, Ronald W. Fike and wife Debra of Millerstown, and Celia May Singer and husband Richard of MD, a sister Joann Kuhn and husband William of Annville, 5 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Grace was a member of Lake Park United Methodist Church, and The Order of the Eastern Star #283. She was very involved in her church, serving as a bible class teacher for many years.

She retired from People’s Drug Store in Lewistown after many faithful years of service. A funeral service in loving memory of Grace will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday June 25, 2018 at The Barr Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown with Rev. William Kuhn officiating.

There will be a viewing held at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are respectfully encouraged to, Lake Park United Methodist Church, 400 Crystal Spring Ave, Lewistown PA 17044.
