Helen Fuller Horton entered into eternal life on Sunday, December 9, 2018. She was born April 7, 1933 to Coy and Sudie Fuller and is predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. Helen married Johnnie Horton in 1947, sharing over 70 years together.

She absolutely loved people and never met a stranger. Even though her mind and body faded over the past few years, she was always humble, kind, considerate and appreciative of anything done for her. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Johnnie; son, Tony (Sandra) of Wendell; grandchildren: Jennifer Wert (Brian) of Raleigh, David Horton (Brandi) of Houston, TX; four great-grandchildren: Katie, Emily, Benjamin and Caroline.

Helen had a special love and care for her nephew, Jerry Lee (Linda) and niece, Judy Hedin (Dave) and they loved her dearly. Funeral service 11:00 am, Thursday, December 13, 2018 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, 27545. Burial will follow at Zebulon Town Cemetery.
