He was born on May 17, 1955 in Los Angeles, California to Willie Ben Vance and Lahoma June (Peoples) Vance. Howard Vance married Linda Kay (Arnold) on December 13, 1994.

He attended the First Christian Church of Stinnett. Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 2:00 PM at First Christian Church of Stinnett. Officiating will be Pastor James Stephens.

Howard will be missed by many friends.
