Arrangements are under direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home. Howard Leon Hudson, age 85, Faxon, died Friday, December 21, 2018 in Lawton.

He was born December 24, 1932 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma to Ted Allen and Grace Hudson. He grew up in Lawton, attended Lincoln Elementary School and was a 1951 graduate of Lawton High School. He also attended Cameron College where he played football.

He worked as a veterinary pharmaceutical representative for Pittman-Moore Pharmaceutical for thirty five years, retiring in 1990. Howard also raised horses and trained them to race. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

He is survived by his three daughters, Terrie Barnes, Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Janis Jackson and husband David, Crowley, Texas and Karen Hancock and husband Ashley, Edmond, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Kellie, Beau, Chris, Ryan, Chapman and Caleb; five great grandchildren; his former spouse, Mary Burris, Crowley, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. His two brothers, Ralph and Bill Hudson, and five sisters, Mildred Hudson, Sue Privatsky, Velma Silva, Juanita Shultz and Lois Boulware, preceded him in death. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Senior Adult Ministry, 501 SW B Avenue, Lawton, Oklahoma 73501.
