Services for Imogene Kimberly, age 92, of Lindale, Texas are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 11, 2019 in the First Baptist Church in Lindale, Texas with Rev. Tom Buck, officiating. Interment will follow in the Damascus Cemetery with services under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale.

Imogene was born on February 24, 1926 in Lindale, Texas the daughter of the late Robert Fulton and Sallie Rachel (Brown) Praytor. She was a homemaker and very involved in her local community. Among her involvement, Imogene was associated with the Tyler Rose Festival since 1962, worked as an Election Judge for over 50 years, member of the First Baptist Church of Lindale where she was a member of the Naomi Joy Sunday School Class, former member of the Eastern Star Lindale Chapter and presently the Eastern Star Bullard Chapter #972 where she served as Past Matron for two terms.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hulen Eugene Kimberly; daughter, Martha Skinner; brothers, Ray, Truett, and Earl Praytor; and sisters, Mildred Slayden, Pauline Graham, Oma Curry, and Homerett Armor. Imogene is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Sheila and David Dennis of Jacksonville, Texas; grandchildren, DeAnn Rhame and husband, Tim of Whitehouse Zachary Socia and wife, Kimberly of Troup, Michael Skinner and wife, Judith of Bullard, Texas, and David Dennis, Jr. of Pflugerville, Texas; great grandchildren, Aubree Skinner, Tucker Skinner, Jordan Clague, Zac Clague, and Madison Livingston; great great grandchild, Jaxon Morton; sister, Mary Munn of Lindale, Texas; brother-in-law, Wayne Kimberley; sister-in-law, Margie Praytor of Lindale, Texas and Cherry Rogers of Lindale, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other dear family and friends. Serving as pallbearers will be James Praytor, Edward “Buddy” Munn, Alan Praytor, F. O. Buck, Mike Slayton, Mark Slayton, Zach Socia and Tim Rhame.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, February 10, 2018 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale, Texas. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of East Texas Homeplace, First Baptist Church of Lindale, or the Damascus Church Building Fund.
