He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Wayne Henderson and Richard & Cheryl Balestra; and great grandparents, Billy & Nadine Sustaire and Doyle Henderson. Kase is survived by his parents, Gregg Balestra and Hollie Henderson, both of Tyler, Texas; brother, Whitton Henderson of Tyler, Texas; grandparents, Sherry & Vernon Eddy of Saltillo, Texas; and great grandparents, Betty Kissinger of Clovis, California and Geannie Henderson of Lindale, Texas; aunt, Katlyn Henderson and uncles, John Henderson and Dustin Yates and many other loving cousins family members.
