He was born on October 19, 1955, in Bogota, TN, to the late Richard Leonard Hall and the late Helen Mae Lytle Hall. Ivey was a farmer.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Phipps officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 4:30-7 p.m. Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Dyersburg Funeral Home. Survivors include his two sons, Wayne Hall and Danny Hall, both of Hatfield, AR; a sister, Cherry Marie Allen and husband, Cecil, of Millsfield; five brothers, Marshall Hall and wife, Jewell, and Bennie Hall and wife, Barbara, all of Bogota, Wendell Hall of Lanesferry, Thomas Hall and wife, Joan, of Finley and Elvis Hall and wife, Rita, of Jasper, AL; and seven grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donnie Ray Hall; and two sisters, Pearl Frizzell and Bonnie Mae Minnick.

Pallbearers will be Marshall Hall, Michael Hall, Stacy Pruitt, Benny Hall, Kane Wilson and Richard Hall.
