Obituary for Mr. James R. (Jim) Townsend II James Richard Townsend II affectionately known to his family and friends as Jim, passed away on July 3, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. Jim was fifty-nine years old and was an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by his parents James and Sally Townsend of the Sharon Community, brother Kiah, sister in law Kayleen and nieces Jamie Madison and Allie Townsend all of Houston Texas.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. B.C. Townsend and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Warren. Visitation will be at 9:00 am Thursday July 5, 2018 with services to follow at 10:00 am. at Memory Chapel.

Interment will be held at Sharon Cemetery. Rev. Ken Johnson will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Ray Myers, Burl Townsend, Mark Ishee, Mark Sellers and Matt Ishee. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Ishee, David Ishee, Pat Townsend, Frank Bartran, Cody Warren, Corey Warren, Reese Ishee, Bart Gavin and Miles Farragut.
