Obituary for Roberta J. Cantrell Roberta J. Cantrell, born February 11, 1939, went to her heavenly home on September 26, 2018 at the age of 79. Mrs. Cantrell retired from Laurel Industrial after 20 years. Visitation will be at Memory Chapel in Laurel on September 29, 2018 from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Matthews Cemetery in Soso.

Brother Mark Henderson will be officiating. She was preceded in death by her parents Luther and Mary Moss, husband James Cantrell, Sr., sons Vincent Buffington, Jimmy Cantrell, and Travis Cantrell, and a host of brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter Debbie Hutto (Gary), son Alvin Eric Cantrell (Kim), grandchildren, Jerrod Buffington, Timmy Dearman, Tammy Davis, Valerie Hall, Jessica Cantrell, Roberta Cantrell, Brittany Cantrell, April Cantrell, Beth Cantrell, Nathan Cantrell, Christy Cantrell, Travis Cantrell, Jr., and Kelly Creel, and a host of great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
