Mr. Toensing, a retired engineer for a machine manufacturing company, was born on March 1, 1932 in St. Paul, Minnesota to the late Arthur Louis and Anna Toensing. He was preceded in death by his sister, Evelyn Toensing and is survived by his brothers, Evyn Toensing and Britton Toensing.
