Janice’s Obituary Janice Osborne, 77, of Tyro Road, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Friday at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel with Revs. David Robinson and Danny Soles conducting services.

Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home of the daughter on Sagebrush Trail in Lexington. Mrs. Osborne was born December 18, 1941 in Swain County to James Homer Sutton and Francis Laws Sutton.

She was of the Baptist faith and devoted her life to taking care of her family and her home. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, James Sutton; sisters, Thelma Sutton, Mildred Ballew, Della Queen, Barb Crawford; and one grandchild. Surviving are her loving husband, Paul Osborne, of the home; sons, Randy Osborne (Tracy) and Chris Osborne (Jennifer), both of Lexington; daughter, Tonya Norris (Johnny) of Lexington; sisters, Katherine Gordon, Marie Queen (Donald) and Linda Sadler (Paris) all of Lexington and Shirley Norris (Steward) of Tabor City; eight grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hinkle Hospice House, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
