SMITH, JOHN F., age 81, of Warwick passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019. He was the husband of the late Alice H. Smith. Born in Providence to the late William and Edith (Bage) Smith.

He is survived by his loving children, John F. Smith Jr., Robin A. Olson and her husband Scott, Thomas C. Smith and his wife Colleen, William A. Smith and his wife Donna, April M. Bastian and her husband Kevin, Patti Scotti Hanson and Edward Scotti, a sister Mary Frazier and brother Donald Tracey, ten grandchildren, Melissa, Jenni, John, Michael, Edward Jr., Bobby, McKayla, Bradley, Madison and Emily and four great grandchildren, Anthony, Jeremy, Marcus and Xavier. He was predeceased by a brother William Smith and a sister Helen Anderson. Relatives and friends are welcome on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 9-11 am at the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (Rte.

117) Coventry. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to VNA (Hospice) of Worcester, would be appreciated.
