Born on September 7, 1959 in Romney, WV, he was the son of the late John William Bean and Loudema G. Sager Bean. He is survived by two brothers, Charles Bean of Levels, WV and Roy Bean of Augusta WV and two sisters, Nancy Alvarado of Points, WV and Dolly Swick of Burlington, WV.
