John Paul Antonazzi August 02, 1956 – March 20, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card John Paul Antonazzi, 62, of Harleysville, PA; formerly of South Bend, IN & New Milford, NJ went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at ManorCare Health Services in Montgomeryville, PA. He was the loving husband of Arlene R. (Chalfin) Antonazzi for 6 years. John was born in Bronx, New York to the late Frank Antonazzi and the late Louise Antonazzi.

He graduated from New Milford High School, class of 1974. John graduated from Rutgers University, class of 1978 with a master’s degree in business administration. He was employed as a salesperson for W. J. Hagerty & Sons, Ltd., Inc. in South Bend, IN for 27 years.

John then worked as a salesperson for Mattress Firm throughout the Montgomery County area, as a teller for WSFS Bank throughout the Southeastern Pennsylvania area and as a deli worker for Giant Food Stores in Harleysville. He was a regular attender of Calvary Church in Souderton where he served as a greeter and was part of the Men’s Bible study. John loved Bob Dylan, the Yankees, and his Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Finnegan & Max.

He enjoyed listening to John Lennon, talking about politics, and spending time with his family, especially his step-children and step-grandchildren, and his friends. John was a devoted husband, step-father, and step-grandfather. He was an understanding, loyal man who had a big heart, a good sense of humor, and a passion for baseball and soccer.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two step-daughters, Rebecca J. Henrich & husband, Daniel of Glenside, PA, Jessica L. Kline of Glenside, PA; his step-son, Joshua N. Kline of Harleysville, PA; his three step-grandchildren – Emmah, Camden, & Dean Bean; and his sister, Denise Antonazzi of Springfield, NJ. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Antonazzi. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Calvary Church, 820 Souderton Road (Route 113) from 10:00 am – 11:00 am, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am.
