Johnny’s Obituary Johnny Clayton Roncali, 62, of Moorhead, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at G.V. Sonny Montgomery Veterans Hospital in Jackson. Johnny was born December 17, 1956 in Shaw to Johnny and Mazie Cockrell Roncali. He was a United States Army veteran and served in the Korean Conflict.

Johnny was a member of Clark Lyon VFW Post 4731 in Indianola. He was a Mississippi State football fan and loved watching golf. Johnny enjoyed hanging out with his buddies.

He adored his nieces and nephews. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Buford Roncali; and one sister, Emma Jean Riley Alexander. He is survived by one son, Mark Mullen of Senatobia; one brother, Tony Roncali and his wife Wanda of Indianola; two sisters, Sarah Allen and her husband Estel of Moorhead, and Evelyn West and her husband Albert of Leland; one sister in law, Rita Roncali of Indianola; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 25, 2019 from 1:00 pm until the 3:00 pm funeral service at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial will follow in Indianola Memorial Gardens. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
