Wake service is scheduled for 5:00 PM on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the First Baptist Church in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Bro.

Tommy Azlin will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Kevin Merriman Jr., Josh Merriman, Robert Merriman Jr., John Lucas, Gary Gentry Jr., Mark Gentry, Jason Tiger, Beau Sneed, and Nick Blanchard. Honorary bearers will be Sonny Williams, Mark Lauzon, Ethan Gann, Taylor Moses, Kevin Merriman Sr., Clem George, Dirl Merriman, Raymond Shuemake, Jeff Lucas, David Jones and Bryan Covalt.

Interment will follow at the Holdenville Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
