The family will greet visitors and friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Bishop Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Bishop Chapel of Memories officiated by Rev.

Olan Nichols. Burial will follow at West Liberty Cemetery north of Quinton. Pallbearers will be Adam Few, Justin Few, Bryan Beck, Kevin Meeks, Jim Horton, and Mike Wallace.

Tanner was born on March 16, 1991 in McAlester. He was raised by his grandparents, Joe and Patricia Beck. He attended Hartshorne Schools, and graduated from Byng High School in 2009.

During his teenage years, he was a rodeo bull rider. He worked in janitorial services and maintenance. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved to play video games.

He was a member of Dow Baptist Church. Tanner is preceded in death by his grandmother: Patricia Mae (Casey) Beck and a brother: Derick McNeil. He is survived by his grandfather: Joe D. Beck; mother: Sondra L. Beck; brother: Tony McNeil; aunts: Amanda Few, Melissa Brooks and husband, Gary; uncle: Rickey Beck and wife, Terry, all of McAlester; a number of cousins; and other family members and friends.
