Joyce’s Obituary Jesup, Ga. Joyce Ann Beesmer Phillips, 70 of Jesup died Saturday, March 16, 2019. The New York native had lived in Wayne County the past several years and was a former waitress.

She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence Norman “Jr”. Phillips and son, Duffie Phillips. She is survived by a brother, Bruce Bessmer of New York; two sisters, Ruth and Jeanie Beesmer; several nieces and nephews; special friend and neighbor, Carla Manning of Jesup.

Private memorial services will be held by family and friends. Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
