Julio Vasquez Jr. February 17, 1970 – May 29, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Julio Vasquez Jr. 49 years old, went home to be with the Lord peacefully at Valley Baptist Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was born February 17, 1970 in Harlingen, TX to Julio Vasquez Sr. and Senaida Perez. Julio was a lifetime resident of Harlingen graduated from Harlingen High School Class of 1989.

He worked at Veranda Nursing Home in housekeeping for many years. He leaves behind to cherish his wonderful memory his loving and devoted wife, Rosalinda Vasquez, his son, Julio Vasquez III, his siblings, Gloria Salinas, Juanita Martinez, and Lee Roy Vasquez. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday May 31, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer of the holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm Friday evening. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday June 1, 2019 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church at 10:00 am. Burial will follow to Ashland Memorial Park Cemetery, Harlingen.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Julio Vasquez III,Fred Cortinas, Joe Cortinas, Hector Aparicio, Rick Chaves, and Ernie Chavez.
