She married Robert “Bob” Bozile on December 21, 1957 in Sagola, MI. He preceded her in death on October 14, 2006. June spent many years raising her young family prior to going to work as a cook.
She cooked food for several places over the years including the Breen Senior Center, the Dickinson-Iron Intermediate School District and most recently at Holy Spirit School in Norway, where the children fondly called her “Miss June”. She enjoyed camping, fishing and was an avid gardener who spent many hours canning the vegetables she grew. A visit to her house was sure to find the cooking channel on and something to eat. June was a devout catholic and frequently read the Bible and prayed the rosary.
