June M. (McGuire) Harrington of Dorr Road, Wells, born April 9, 1935 entered her final step on February 22, 2019. She found peace surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of Howard and Dorothy (Walker) McGuire of Broadalbin.

She worked hard all her life working in Winneigs Slipper factory, St. Thomas glove factory and Coleco Industries, from which she retired after 19 years. She was known for her love of gardening and old-time country music. She lived with the love of her life in a log cabin on the Windfall in Wells.

June was predeceased by her husband, George B. Harrington Sr., of Wells. She leaves behind a son George (Mary) and a daughter Beverly Peters (Rudy) both of Hope, NY. One grandson Kyle Harrington (Tonya) of Waterford, Mandy Peters of Hope, Tracey Delphia (Brad) of Es Jt.

, VT and Amy Peters of Lake Pleasant. She also leaves behind 4 great grandsons; Derek and Shane Harrington, Nate and Cole Griner and one great granddaughter Isabella Delphia. She was predeceased by one brother Howard McGuire (Louise) of Deland, Florida.

She is survived by two sisters; Grace Morrison (Arthur) of Gloversville and Betty St. Louis (Charles) of Mayfield, two brothers; Frank McGuire (Rose) of Broadalbin and Harold (John) McGuire (Veda) of Gloversville. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Northville Funeral Home, 401 Bridge Street, Northville NY on Wednesday February 27, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. where a funeral service will be held on Thursday February 28, 2019 at 12 Noon with Pastor Robert Ketchum officiating. Interment will take place in the spring at the Algonquin Cemetery in Wells.
