The family will receive friends at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel with David DeGiacomo officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Barnes, Jeff Odom, Toby Martin, Bruce Watkins, Brandon Kemp and Brian Lewis. Justin Barnes was born on Jan. 22, 1978 in McAlester.

He has lived in McAlester and Krebs all his life and graduated from McAlester High School in 1996. Justin had worked at several places, including Customer Choice Rentals, Country Mart, Shared Blessings, Advance Auto Parts and KIBOIS. Justin is survived by his mother and step-father, Karie and Bob Lenardo; his father, Eldon Barnes; a sister and brother-in-law, Angela and Wesley Pacenza; brothers, Chris Lenardo and Brad Lenardo; grandmothers, Bonnie DeGiacomo and Elouise DeGiacomo; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives; and his faithful companion Zoe, a miniature Pinscher he’s had for several years.

Justin was preceded in death by grandparents, Nick DeGiacomo and Marion and Rocky Lenardo.
