Woodland Hills (507) 387 – 5504 Karen Lorraine Buckmister, 71, Mankato, died Friday July 6, 2018 at MCHS- Mankato. A Celebration of Karen’s Life will be held from 1-4pm Monday, July 9, 2018 at Woodland Hills Funeral Home. Karen was born February 14, 1947 to Donald and Dolores Lohmann.

She graduated from Mankato High School. She was a huge Green Bay Packer fan, loved animals, enjoyed crocheting, but especially she loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Larry Buckmister; son, Michael Roozen; daughters, Shelbie Roozen and Chelsea Moffatt; and Chris Dawkins; grandchildren, Christopher, Terrel, Lyrik, Aliyah, C.J., Danny, Jill, Mike Theresa, Whitney, Leeya, Nathan, Brian, Sami, and Lucas; several great grandchildren; brothers, David, Dennis, Danny, and John; sisters, Carol, Mary, Jean, and Cheryl; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Duane; and step father, Sam Van Camp.
