Obituary for Karen Lynn Hoelting Karen Lynn (Warner) Hoelting, 56, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018 at her home. Karen was born on December 1, 1961 in West Hampton Beach, New York to Vern and Clara Warner. She had worked as a Customer Service Representative in the banking industry.

She enjoyed cooking, gardening, making jewelry, reading cookbooks and her cats and animals. She is survived by her husband, of fifteen years, Charles “Chuck” Hoelting, her mother, Clara Warner of Tamassee, South Carolina, one sister, Julie (Carroll) Lee of Claylon, Georgia and two brothers, Vernon Warner and James Warner, both of Tamassee, South Carolina. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street. Friends may also visit with the family on Friday at Davenport Funeral Home, Walhalla, South Carolina. The family requests memorial contributions may be made to American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (A.S.P.C.A.).
