Karen Sue Mullins, 65, of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on July 21, 1953 in Sayre, Oklahoma to George Delbert and Carolyn Jane-Ann (VanVacter) Addis went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at her residence in Elk City, Oklahoma. She married Donald W. “Donnie” Mullins in January of 1980 in Wheeler, Texas. He preceded her in death on May 18, 2008.

Karen’s love for her family showed no limits, she loved taking care of her grandkids, going to the swimming pool… Read More » with them and doing family cookouts. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of her flowers. When she had any spare time, you could find her at the lake enjoying the great outdoors.

She loved going to church and she was an active member of the Elk City Community Church. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Martin-Dugger Funeral Home Chapel in Elk City, Oklahoma. Pastor Judy Timms will officiate.

Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma. Cherishing her memory is her son, David Lee Loyd of Elk City, Oklahoma; daughters, Sandra Loyd and Cristy Knisley both of Elk City, Oklahoma; brothers, Jimmy Eslin of Sayre, Oklahoma, Denny Eslin of Elk City, Oklahoma, Van Eslin of Rogers, Arkansas; sisters, Kathy Patty of Lubbock, Texas, Brenda Eslin of Elk City, Oklahoma, Leann Irvin of Perryton, Texas; ten very much-loved grandchildren, DJ Loyd, Steven Loyd and his wife, Paige, Robert Brittian and his wife, Haley, Justin Brasuell and his wife Denna all of Elk City, Oklahoma, Brandon Gregory and his wife, Clara of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Christopher Gregory and his wife, Terran of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kevin Gregory of Elk City, Oklahoma, Karen Nichole ”Nickie” Sirrene of Weatherford, Oklahoma; step-children, LaDonna Jones and Cindy Caldwell both of Sayre, Oklahoma.
