Ernestine Helen Potter, 90, of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on September 29, 1927 in Breckenridge, Texas to Claud Henry and Emma Ruth (Burnett) Currier. She went to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family. Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack” Coville Potter; parents, Claud Henry and Emma Ruth Currier; one brother, Ernest Currier; one brother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Potter and his wife, Nola Potter Hunt; two sisters, Ruth Dye and her husband, Roy, Jewel Patterson and her husband, John; son-in-law, Robert “Toot” Gholston.
