Katheryn Louise enjoyed many years of employment at South Weber Job Corp through mentoring, educating, and positively impacting the lives of many youth in Weber County; while verbalizing the influence the youth had on her life. Furthering her career, Katheryn worked as a Senior Companion at Weber County Human Services, assisting the elderly and handicapped individuals whom loved her immensely. Louise spent many years in the service to her fellow man and women by mentoring, sponsoring and befriending many individuals out of drug and alcohol addiction and into a healthy lifestyle.
She led many people to the saving grace of our Lord and Savior, changing their lives forever. She found homeless families and individuals’ roofs in which to lay their heads, while providing many hugs or an extra hand without wanting or expecting anything in return. Mom loved traveling, spending time with family camping, enjoying time outdoors and watching birds, squirrels, deer and especially the quails in her yard.
Her laugh, smiles and endearing nature were infectious, and she was loved by everyone she knew and met. Mama spent endless hours with love cooking for family and friends, and everyone that knew mama treasured her homemade chili and scones (NEVER SCONE ALONE! ).
