Kathryn Le Shaw Seamons, 74, passed away December 10 after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. She was the first born of Vernon J and Norma Allred Shaw on August 19, 1944. She grew up in Ogden Valley and attended Weber County Schools.

Kathryn lived for 30 years in the Phoenix, Arizona area but moved back home in 1999. She married John E Rich and had two children; they were later divorced. She married Douglas Seamons and had one son.

She is survived by two children, John E Rich II (Shelly) and Wendy Le Buttars, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Shawn, her husband Douglas, her parents, and a sister, Patricia Shaw. She is also survived by two brothers, Jeff Shaw (Rosanne), Brad Shaw (Cindy), and a sister, Pamela Atwood (John), and many nieces and nephews.

As per Kathryn’s request, a private memorial will be held at a later date.
