Keith David Green August 27, 1946 ~ March 25, 2019 Keith David Green passed away on March 25, 2019, surrounded by loving family. Keith was born August 27, 1946 in Ogden, Utah to Merlin Green and Norma Hancock. He served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era.

He continued to serve in the Army Reserves for 29 years in various roles including Assistant to the Chaplin and Court Reporter. On April 21, 1972, Keith was sealed to the love of his life, Myrna Lu Dalley, in the Logan, Utah Temple for time and all eternity. They lifted, loved, and supported each other for 47 years, which will continue into the eternities.

He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served a full-time mission covering the whole state of Texas, and a couple’s mission with his beloved wife in Colorado Springs specializing in Military Relations. He held many callings in the Church and served as an ordinance worker with his wife at the Ogden Temple.

He enjoyed family history, bowling, running marathons, and correcting spelling and grammar. Keith is survived by his wife, Myrna; seven children, David Keith (Michelle); Russell James (Cindy); Michael Paul (Katie); William Dalley (Challene); Steven Matthew (Amy); Linda Marie (Peter McChesney); and Sara Jane (Andrew Moss); 23 grandchildren, one brother, Phil H (JoAn) Green; two sisters, Merleen Casper and Norleen (Bob Leavitt); and one sister-in-law, Sandra Green. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Blair Green and brother-in-law Douglas Casper.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 29, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 3628 S 2700 W, West Haven, UT 84401. The family will meet with friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment, West Weber Cemetery – 4590 West 950 North, Ogden The family wishes to express thanks to the many caregivers at Intermountain Hospice for the loving service they provided.
