Lazaro’s Obituary Lazaro R. Ceballos, 76, January 13, 2019, passed away Sunday at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse. He leaves his wife, Alicia Haces; his daughter, Estrella Alejo; his sons, Mario R. Ceballos and Lazaro Ceballos; eight grandchildren; and many close friends. Born and raised in Cumanayagua, Cuba, the son of Estrella and Raul Ceballos, he was a lifelong resident of his natal town.

He worked as a construction project manager for more than 35 years. Mr. Ceballos had a passion for farming. After his retirement he moved with his wife to Syracuse, NY to live close to his daughter.
